We are looking for experienced, certified casting instructors who are passionate about helping others improve.

  • Teaching experience (in-person or remote)
  • Ability to provide clear, constructive feedback
  • Commitment to 2-3 day turnaround times
  • Smartphone or computer with internet access

How much can I earn?

It depends on your rates and availability. With a $45 base rate and 10 sessions per week, you could earn over $1,500/month. Top instructors on CastLab earn significantly more through bundles, subscriptions, and premium content.

What is the platform fee?

CastLab keeps 15% of each transaction to cover payment processing, hosting, and platform development. You keep 85% of every dollar.

How do I provide feedback?

Our web-based feedback workspace lets you watch student videos, add timestamped comments, annotate screenshots, and record audio notes. Everything is designed to make providing great feedback fast and easy.

Can I also offer live coaching?

Yes! Instructors with subscriptions can schedule live video calls with their subscribers. Set your available hours and students book directly through the app.

What if I need time off?

No problem. Set blackout dates in your dashboard and we will stop accepting new bookings during that time. Your existing students will see when you will be back.
